Four-quadrant multiplier using the floating-bulk technique for rail-to-rail input range and insensitivity to different input dc levels

چکیده
A four-quadrant analog multiplier with ultra-low supply voltage operation, rail-to-rail input swing and insensitive to different dc levels between the multiplied signals is presented. It based on Floating-Bulk technique, in which signal coupled bulk terminal of a PMOS transistor by means an capacitor. This allows operation eliminates level regardless offset them, maintaining linearity. Moreover, it also threshold-voltage requirement path transistors, allowing very low defined gate-source drain-source voltages. Experimental results 0.5µm technology demonstrate 1.1V even voltages signals. offers distortion THD =0.95% for 0.2Vpp at 100kHz.
